Boasberg Strikes Again

Boasberg Strikes Again

Well, here's a little story that got brushed under the rug.  Last month, a woman made a bunch of online threats towards President Trump, and then traveled to Washington, D.C. to, um, not carry them out?

This will help highlight where we are as a country.  This happened even before Charlie Kirk's murder.  We have a woman who certainly seemed to have very ill will towards the President, made it very public online on Facebook.  But since half of the country is in the death throes of TDS, right is wrong and wrong is right.

Since Trump is a "Nazi", then he MUST be fought on every single thing.  If he want to fight crime, well by golly, let's let all the criminals go free.  Especially the ones who want to assassinate the President of the United States of America.  And every single person on the right.  Just ask Charlie Kirk.

"A New York City woman who was arrested for making threats to kill President Donald Trump was quietly released in late August by Obama-appointed Chief US District Judge James Boasberg. Her release came after a US Magistrate judge denied Jones bond over the repeated threats she made on Trump’s life on social media.

"As conditions of the release, 50-year-old Nathalie Rose Jones was ordered to have a GPS monitor fitted and meet with her New York City psychiatrist no later than 5 pm on August 27. Jones has been charged with threatening to kill, kidnap or injure the president and transmitting kidnapping threats using interstate commerce."

Judge Boasberg let's her free with a GPS monitor.  A grand jury declines to indict.  And then a week or so later, Charlie Kirk is assassinated.

"A federal grand jury found no probable cause to indict former Lafayette and Rensselaer resident Nathalie Rose Jones for threatening the life of President Donald Trump, according to her defense attorney's filing Monday with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

"On Tuesday, Jones posted on Facebook, stating, "I just spoke with my lawyer, Mary. She said Friday the Grand Jury returned a no bill in my case, which is great."
