In a big win if you ask me for President Trump and Elon Musk at the D.O.G.E., a federal judge has allowed the layoffs and firing to continue, ruling against the unions. This is really refreshing, but one sentence stands out.
It would be nice if that one sentence was considered a legal precedent. It is in the title and underlined in italics in the quote below. If so, that one sentence could really pave the way for the dismissal of all the lawsuits the Democratic 'rapid response team' have filed and planned.

Cooper indicated in his ruling that he was sympathetic to the National Treasury Employees Union and the four other unions that were seeking a restraining order to temporarily halt the layoffs, but said that federal court was not the appropriate venue for their lawsuit."
