Judges Gone Wild

Judges Gone Wild

I mentioned in an article earlier this week that included talk about random judges just gone wild all over the country.  Here are a couple few examples.  The wildness of Judge Boasberg is going to take a novel.

Boasberg should have never been allowed to preside over President Trump's cases since he has a huge problem witht his participation in the Russia Hoax, but they still keep using him and no one has kicked his ass off the bench nor done anything else to stop him.  I think we need to do something about setting out what the constitution allows certain judges at certain levels can actually do.

  • Kilmar Abrego Garcia's human smuggling trial has been canceled by Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr. to hold a hearing on possible vindictive prosecution.
  • Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr. indicated there is enough evidence to warrant a hearing scheduled for Jan. 28.
  • Prosecutors must justify their charges against Abrego Garcia, or the charges may be dismissed, according to Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr.
  • Abrego Garcia denies the allegations of being part of the MS-13 gang and asserts that he has no criminal record.

Federal Judge Cancels Kilmar Abrego Garcia Trial and Schedules Vindictive Prosecution Hearing

"Abdifatah Yusuf was the owner and operator of Promise Health Services, a Medicaid-funded home healthcare provider. Over several years, his company charged the state of Minnesota millions of dollars for so-called services that were poorly documented, implausibly staffed, or never even provided at all. In return, Yusuf benefited from Medicaid funds flowing in while he lived a life of luxury.

"The jury found Yusuf guilty of bilking the federal Medicaid program out of over $7.2 million. Minnesota’s leftist attorney general, Keith Ellison, proudly took credit for the conviction at the time, saying in a statement that, “A jury found Yusuf guilty of six counts of aiding and abetting theft by swindle (over $35,000). The jury also found multiple aggravating factors existed to support an upward departure from the Minnesota sentencing guidelines. Yusuf will be sentenced before the Honorable Sarah S. West at a later date to be set by the Court.”

"But only after the jury returned a guilty verdict did she intervene on the matter of punishment, setting aside the jury’s decision and entering her own judgment of acquittal. She let Yusuf off. "
