Ooops. Did I speak too much truth? I should have said one of the Confederate's plans during the Civil War to win said war, you know, for their rights. This event happens to precede John Wilkes Booth plan.
Just my personal observation. The Democrat party is and was always the party of racism. The Republican party was formed to end slavery. It took a lot of Republican support to pass the 1964 Civil Rights act to overcome how many Democrats voted against it.
But, that's not the subject here.
