The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees, otherwise known as UNRWA is the only refugee agency for only one set of refugees, the Palestinians. A population that has grown, not shrunk.
Many probably would just point to this and say it's because of Israel's 'stealing of lands'. No, it is not. It is because once a Palestinian refugee, always for you and the rest of your family forever and ever and ever. Grand-kids upon grand-kids, and you don't even have to live in 'Palestine' or the near east or Gaza or anywhere. Hell, you can and many do live in luxury apartments on Fifth Avenue in New York City!
The dark side on UNRWA is that they house Hamas terrorists. Granted, Hamas would chase them out themselves if UNRWA did not help Hamas. But once those evil Jooooos get sick of their terrorist support and kick them out, now it is a world problem.

"Israel's parliament voted on Monday evening to ban the UN's Palestinian refugee agency (Unrwa) from operating within Israel and occupied East Jerusalem.
"Contact between Unrwa employees and Israeli officials will be banned, crippling its ability to operate in Gaza and the Israeli-occupied West Bank.
"Israel has defended the move, repeating its allegation that a number of the agency's staff were involved in Hamas's 7 October attacks last year, which killed 1,200 people. "
