Can't Hire On Qualifications Anymore

Diversity, equity and inclusion.  This is the new Corporate USA standard these days for hiring for jobs.  We wonder what's up, Bud Light, Nike, and others have lost tons of money with their new DEI inspired woke policies.

Yet, they don't care and keep going full speed ahead, damn the torpedoes.  Why?  Well, it's not in here, but I heard a rumor that many of these big corporations do so at the urging of the biggest stock holders, so they feel insulated even though the stocks plunge.  These biggest stock holders are represented by the big finance companies like Berkshire, J.P. Morgan etc.  Hmm, smells like the good old Illuminati, doesn't it?  Better know these days as the Globalists.

"A top Oregon state official has been put on administrative leave after a pink-haired, DEI-obsessed subordinate complained he was making hiring decisions based on qualifications instead of personal identity considerations, according to a report.

"Mike Shaw, who until recently served as the Oregon Department of Forestry’s second-in-command, was put on blast by Megan Donecker, the department’s former DEI strategy officer, for looking “beyond gender and identity in hiring, seeking only candidates most qualified for the job,” OregonLive reported."
