The second one is more relevant and basically confirms that the 'Illuminati' may not be connected literally as in a puppet machine, but more esoterically and culturally; and finally religiously in as much as that they deny Jesus Christ. The 'New Age' movement was an outgrowth of the tentacles of witchcraft that infiltrated our society and culture during the sixties and seventies and further.
