This is going to go over like a lead balloon. Especially with our pre-pubescent fifty-three year old selected Governor. Oh wait. I had better stop spreading 'false information' about the selection else I get indicted too.
What else I really find odd about this is that every single article linked is identical, just the name of the news site is different.
- "Five years after Stephanie Pullman died due to her power being cut off over a $51 debt, efforts are being made to prevent power shutoffs in Arizona, particularly during extreme heat waves.
- In 2019, the Arizona Corporation Commission implemented a moratorium on summertime shutoffs by utilities like APS. The commission later permanently banned electricity cutoffs during the hottest months.
- Utility companies like APS and Salt River Project are implementing measures to prevent power shutoffs during extreme heat, and government and nonprofit agencies are providing assistance programs to help low-income individuals with utility bills and repairing/replacing faulty cooling systems."
