As the never ending freight train of "justice" rolls down the tracks of the so called 'insurrection', we have a four year conviction for taking an officers' badge and radio. And we continue to put up with this shit.
I mean, how many people did the DA's of say,Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, New York City, Washington D.C., et. al. even charge for all the public and private property that was not only 'taken' but destroyed in the process? I mean, John and Samuel and Henry and Paul and George et. al. back in the day put up with way less.
Oh, buy the way, what happened to the murderer of Ashli Babbit? A black man shot a white woman. Nothing.
- "Thomas Sibick, a New York man, has been sentenced to over four years in prison for stealing a badge and radio from Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone during the attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
- Sibick pleaded guilty in March and expressed remorse for his actions, calling the trauma experienced by Fanone "undeniably sickening." He takes full responsibility for his behavior during the attack.
- Other rioters brutally assaulted Fanone, kicking, punching, and shocking him with a stun gun."
