Trump Derangement Syndrome or TDS fro short. Who would have thought it would actually rate a wiki article, though it is one of those that only the elite can edit, so you can imagine how it goes.
TDS was a term born somewhere on the internet during Trump's first Presidency when it became obvious during political debates with Democrats that they just did not want to see any reality. It was strange but they just had this extreme hatred that had them believe every single type of distortion that the legacy media spoon fed them that they clung to that "good people on both sides" mantra even after multiple times of it being debunked.
But that's what they do. We do it too, but they grab one single sentence, forget any other sentence in the paragraph to demonize Trump, and now everybody. To death. Like Charlie Kirk.
This is a good article from American Thinker, but I found others, one even from Psychology Today about TDS. Minnesota Republicans put up a bill to add it to the state's list of mental illnesses, lol. Links to all this below.
"Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), is a sociological, psychological, and political phenomenon. The central characteristic is not disagreeing with Donald Trump, but rather an intense dislike, disdain for, devaluing of, despising of, and/or hatred of Donald J. Trump. TDS began as soon as Trump made the public decision to become an American politician and run for president of the United States.
"An unspoken but evident and fanatical vow among sufferers of TDS is never, ever to acknowledge or give Trump any credit for good and positive things he does for America. Even peace in the Mid-East or Ukraine would never result in Trump being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, which that Obama won for nothing but his utopian Cairo speech."

"Early in 2018, I published a post, “Why the Left’s Obsession With Donald Trump Will Backfire,” for Psychology Today with the explicit intent of demonstrating how the wisdom of the world-renowned psychiatrist and existential philosopher Viktor E. Frankl could be applied to a very timely and polarizing topic—the presidency of Donald Trump. As expected, at the time, my post generated considerable interest among readers of all political persuasions and affiliations."
