The Iranian War has ended up to be a real shit show. It's odd, but I can see the exact reason why President Trump went in, what happened next, and why we're now pretty much fucked. And I heard this from an Iranian.
The way I see it, President Trump saw the Iranian protests and the IRCG's response to them. He figured, now's the time to do something about this threat to the west. But putting boots on the ground was never an option, because he knows as well as the rest of us that boots on the ground by the U.S. in the Middle East is a disaster for both. So, he got ahold of Israel and said, let's do it. We and Israel bombed and assassinated the shit out of the IRGC as much as we could in support of those Iranians who had been protesting. Widespread support for the Persians (Iranians) was expressed in both Israel and the U.S., but did what did the Iranin people do in response?
Nothing.

So, that is the thanks the United States of America gets for spending billions of dollars and losing some lives for the Iranian people. So, yeah President Trump fucked up, but the Iranian people let him and all of us down too.
