How Trump's "Felonies" Were Manufactured

How Trump's "Felonies" Were Manufactured

Anyone who looked into President Trump's 'felony' trial and conviction probably wondered why they were felonies.  And apparently they really aren't.  They lack the underlying crime that makes them a felony.

Myself, I wondered how paying someone to not file a lawsuit against you could not be considered a legal expense.  He paid it to his lawyer, who paid the no longer defendant.  Sounds like a standard legal and business practice to me, probably meets GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices) something I had to know for the first twenty years of my career life.

So next time some says, "34 times convicted Felon" pint them to this stuff:

Last little tidbit.  Lately, the Democrats' latest and newest legal 'precedent' is "malicious prosecution".  They have been getting all kinds of cases dismissed on that one, most recently the case against ActBlue.  But isn't it odd that this case was brought by Letitia James, who campaigned on finding a way to take down Donald Trump, but when she was charged with a real fraud, that is what the judge used to dismiss it.

You really can't make this shit up.
