With the recent hurricanes, the usual folks come out of the woodwork. You know the kind, the one's that think the .gov is behind every last thing, including steering the weather. Sure we can seed clouds, but changing winds?
There is a meme floating around that shows this long list of U.S. Patents about weather modification. The one that would 'steer' a hurricane or tornado require high decibel sound waves to be pointed in near the eye. Eye would think that since the wavelength they use in the patent is within the audible range, in fact, near the very center of the frequencies the human ears is tuned for, one would hear a high decibel tone from quite a distance.
