This is the mantra of the Democrat party. You must must must toe the complete party line or else fear ostracization. I agree that climate changes all the time, and especially has cycles that transcend generations.
I think the Mayan's knew this as well, but thanks to some dude in history, their 'why' is still our mystery.
What I do not have truck with is the extreme crap claimed from the fact that we humas could affect it as much as claimed at all, one way or another. I've heard some stuff attributed to John Kerry that is idiotic. Here is this guys' thoughts:
