Ashli Babbitt, the unarmed white woman murdered by a black police officer during the mostly peaceful protest at the Capitol on Jan 6, 2021 was not considered a terrorist threat by the FBI because she's deceased.
But that's the only reason. Yup. Because everyone one else who went to the Capitol was. But when you read the report, she was removed from that scrutiny of her whole digital past via the Utah Data Center because she was deceased.
