She was parading around this cool new dress of hers that says, "Tax the Rich" on the back. Thing is, she was at an exclusive dinner for the wealthy that costs about $35,000 per plate. An event like this attracts all kinds of wealthy people. The list is finalized about five months in advance and even after you pay for the ticket, you still have to be 'approved' and Vogue magazine arranges the seating. Thirty-five thousand dollars a plate, probably flew a jet to get there and nobody is talking about how much the dress cost. It certainly did not come off the rack.
