UC Berkeley, Where Free Speech Has Died

Ah Berkeley, the home of the original summer of love, free speech , free drugs, free sex.  Oh the sixties.  Oh how much the old folks miss them, so much that they are now pitting the children against conservatives now.

You see, they were fighting the "Establishment".  Now, after Barack Obama made good on his promise to fundamental change the nature of the United States of America, THEY are the "Establishment", but they still have the same Marxist/communist/fascist propaganda; they are being oppressed by conservatives, especially straight white men.

Donald Trump and Charlie Kirk are two people who have been trying to expose this, Charlie started Turning Point USA and got murdered for his opinion.  Two months after his murder, TPUSA recently had their last stop of their college tour at UC Berkeley.  And the new "Establishment's" army, Antifa, was there in full force to try and silence, intimidate, even with violence, and do what ever they could with their whistles, drums, etc. to disrupt the event.  In the name of 'freedom of speech'?  Antifa claims to be against fascism, yet uses fascist methods to silence free speech.  Such as it is in our upside down Orwellian world.

"Hundreds of protesters and over 300 police officers surrounded University of California Berkeley’s Zellerbach Hall on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, as Turning Point USA (TPUSA) held its final of nine college campus tour stops — two months after the assassination of founder Charlie Kirk during a speech at Utah Valley University. "

Turning Point USA comes to UC Berkeley, sparking protests

"The Department of Justice is investigating the violent protests that erupted at a Turning Point USA event at UC Berkeley on Monday night."

DOJ Investigating Violent Protests at UC Berkeley TPUSA Event

"The U.S. Department of Education launched its own investigation today into November’s Turning Point USA, or TPUSA, event at UC Berkeley following the Department of Justice investigation opened earlier this month.

"The Department of Education announced it would review whether UC Berkeley violated the Clery Act. Enacted in 1990, the law requires universities to meet campus crime, safety and security-related requirements on the condition of receiving federal student aid, according to a press release posted today."
