Cartel Katie Hobbs. Arizona's self-(s)elected governor, who laughs at the Constitution. There have been numerous shady dealings connected with her office, but that's par for the course for Democrats these days.
They just can't help but feed off the taxpayer, using our dollars to gain and keep power. Here, she has been under investigation for about a year now for a pay-to-play scheme with an Arizona developer, who after suddenly spending near half a million dollars on her campaign and inauguration, they get huge daily rate increases for the nursing homes they run. No other company was given that.
But since the investigation was opened by the also (s)elected AG for Arizona, another Democrat, no charges have been filed. The story takes a further twist now since the AG and the Governor have partnered up in a re-(s)election PAC.
"Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs is under formal investigation by the state’s Attorney General following allegations that a politically connected group home operator made large political contributions and later received a substantial financial benefit from the state.
"We first broke this story in June 2024 (you can read that article here. More than a year later, the investigation is still ongoing, but with a twist. Hobbs and Attorney General Kris Mayes have joined forces to launch a PAC promoting their reelection efforts, which raises a serious question:
"How can Attorney General Mayes credibly investigate Governor Hobbs while simultaneously partnering with her for reelection?"
Hobbs’s Alleged Pay-to-Play Investigation by Mayes Resurfaces
Now, in typical Katie Hobbs' fashion, she avoids any questions that come from outside her echo chamber. Remember, she was scared of people with guns, yet carried an AR-15 herself, or her staff always did. She refused to campaign. She refused to debate outside her echo chamber, a habit of today's Democrats Why? Because she knew that as Secretary of State, she could manipulate the numbers and win.
