Republican Senator gets Critical Race Theory banned

The United States Senate has been real busy spending money as the Infrastructure bill gets shoved through.  The Democrats are trying to use the "budget reconciliation" rule to bypass filibuster rule.

So, Senate Republicans are doing what is being termed a 'vote-a-rama' to force through some amendments of their own.  Joe Cotton (R-Ark.) pushed through his amendment he proposed back in July that would bar Federal funds from being sent to schools that promote CRT.  Two articles here:
