The Trump Pardons and the "Insurrection"

The Trump Pardons and the "Insurrection"

"The Deadly Insurrection".  Funny how the Dems were silent as Joe gave out pardons and such like candy, but fear Trump's pardons of the January 6 protesters.  Even more fascist, not one single person was charged for it.

Honestly, except for the fact that the courts are obviously packed against him, I would venture to guess that an honest court would uphold a civil suit by Donald Trump against CNN, MSNBC, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, et. al. for defamation of character based on the grounds that they have for four years called him an 'insurrectionist' and that he orchestrated a 'deadly insurrection', yet nobody, especially Donald Trump, has been charged nor convicted in a court of law for violation of Title 18 U.S. Code §2383, Insurrection nor any related state statue either.

Here's the big kicker folks.  The Democrats think that they have convicted Donald Trump of Insurrection by way of the media.  Period.

The Colorado attempt to remove Donald Trump from the ballot based upon the fourteenth amendment as an 'insurrectionist' is just another example of the Democrats attempts at blatant fascist control of the government.  That wasn't the only attempt by Democrats at election interference.  Fortunately , SCOTUS rightly ruled against these attempts.

Not one single person at the January 6, 2021 protest was charged with insurrection.  Donald Trump has never been actually charged with insurrection.

"Below is a full list of those who have been imprisoned over their participation in the uprising, in no particular order. There are 380 names listed, however some have not been officially listed by the DOJ in D.C.  The ages given are either as of when they were charged or the date of sentencing, some of which stretch back to 2021. Where a combined dollar figure is given, this is the total cost of any fines, restitution or assessments."
