Remember President Trump's Executive Order 13769?  He issued that during his first term in office in 2017.  And the Democrats immediately took him to court over it.  Like they do with every piece of his policy.

Hey, I'll admit, I'm doing some catch up.  I believe SCOTUS just ruled a bit on this subject last weekend or so, but I wonder if the .gov side or SCOTUS thought about this old decision at all during the process.
