Gaza. Israel gave the Palestinians the Gaza strip to do with as they please in 2005. What did they do with it? Form a peaceful free state of their own? Nope. Elected Hamas and made it into a place of war against Israel.
Hamas, being Islamist who by the way idolize Hitler, run the Gaza strip with an iron fist. Anybody that they let into the strip has to abide by their rules on fear of death. That includes the UNRWA (schools), doctors (hospitals), reporters (all news), incoming aid, total control of everything.
Al Jazeera is based in Qatar. Qatar is a host country of the very wealthy Hamas leaders who abandoned their people to the strip since they have now pilfered enough money from the foreign aid to afford Qatar. Qatar also funds Hamas and the money had been allowed to flow through Israel, which the media has twisted into massive false claims that Israel funds Hamas. Every single article that claims Israel funds or funded Hamas when you read that very article, it will say that the money actually comes from Qatar.
The UNRWA has been proven toi wrok with Hamas, sheltering them and teaching only what Hamas wants taught to their children in all the schools in Gaza, which are run by UNRWA. Even the venerable Doctors Without Borders are told who they can treat by Hamas. Why stop there? Members of UNRWA are members of Hamas, why not Al Jazeera?

- Al-Sharif, aged 28, was described by Al Jazeera as “one of Gaza’s bravest journalists” and was part of a Pulitzer Prize-winning Reuters team that covered the conflict in 2024.
